I am an explorer.
I love to try new processes. The joy that I get from making art comes from experiencing new techniques and mediums. I take my inspiration from the ever-changing world around me, so my themes change all the time. I revere several different types of art genres, and I take what I like from each to produce something new. With that amount of experimentation comes the pitfalls of going down blind alleys that might lead to nowhere, or to failure, or to making wrong turns and mistakes. Those twists become part of the process as well. The problems I solve and the struggles I’ve encountered, both procedurally and in my life as a whole, have become the line of continuity through my work.
